Mission
Our wish is to assist you to be the best version of yourself, through providing you with the opportunity to experience deep relaxation. In this relaxed state your body has the opportunity and potential to tap in to its own healing abilities and restore a state of balance.
It is now widely accepted that many symptoms, and health issues can be linked to stress. When we are stressed our body's defences break down and we become more susceptible to illness and disease. We believe that it is important to interrupts the pattern of stress.
Through reflexology, and the other gentle, non invasive, and carefully selected therapies that we offer, together with the environment that they are administered in, we will endeavour to encourage your body to tap into this innate self healing potential.

" I didn't expect reflexology to make such a noticeable difference to my quality of sleep, but it truly has. I am now falling asleep more easily, and staying asleep through most nights. I wake up feeling more refreshed and clear-headed. There’s something incredibly calming about the therapy itself. It feels like my whole body unwinds during the session, and my feet feel freer too. Reflexology has become a gentle, but powerful part of my routine, and I’m genuinely grateful for this. Thank you Karen."

I came in hoping for a bit of relief from the constant tension in my lower back, but I left with so much more than I expected. The combination of foot and ear reflexology felt incredibly targeted. What really surprised me was how effective the Ear Seeds were in supporting my lower back between sessions. Overall, the experience was both relaxing and genuinely therapeutic. I’m so grateful to have found Karen's Reflexology."

I started receiving reflexology during a time when my menopause symptoms felt overwhelming; hot flushes, disrupted sleep, and constant mood swings were taking a toll on my daily life. From the very first session, I felt a sense of calm I hadn’t experienced in months. Over time, the sessions seemed to help regulate my body in a gentle, steady way. It’s not just the physical relief, but the sense of being heard and cared for so warmly and professionally. Reflexology has become a valuable part of how I look after myself during this stage of life. I feel more like myself again, and for that, I’m truly grateful."
