DAY 5 of WORLD REFLEXOLOGY WEEK 2020

The Benefits of Reflexology Are varied and numerous ... in fact infinite!

As Reflexologists we make no claim to cure or even treat disorders, illnesses, or conditions. We’ve all seen it do amazing things for our clients, but we let the therapy speak for itself.

So, the list below, of the benefits of receiving Reflexology is extensive, but by no means complete.

  • Reduce stress

  • Encourage relaxation

  • Improve circulation

  • Restore sleep patterns

  • Improve immune system

  • Boost energy levels

  • Calm digestive problems

  • Ease muscular tension

  • Back/shoulder/neck pain

  • Repetitive stress injuries

  • Restless leg syndrome

  • Stimulate nerve function

  • Reduce migraines

  • Enhance medical care

  • Lower cholesterol

  • Conditions such as, allergies, hormonal imbalance, arthritis, high blood pressure, adrenal fatigue, anxiety, heart disease, diabetes, etc

So why is it that Reflexology has the potential to help with so many issues, physically, emotionally and mentally?

The answer is really simple, because it provides the ideal environment for the body to relax deeply and tap into its own healing abilities. 🌟

I like to use the phrase “Reflexology interrupts the pattern of stress”.

Where there is stress, distress may occur. Where there is tension, injury may follow. Where there is imbalance, disease could grow. 🤢

Reflexology assists the bodies central nervous system to shift from a sympathetic state (fight or flight) to a parasympathetic state (rest and digest).

I’m sure you’ll agree that that does sound appealing! ☺️
